## Order Processing
All orders are processed within **up to 15 business days** after payment confirmation.  
During this time, we carefully prepare, verify, and package your order before dispatch.

> Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

## Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method:  
- **Domestic shipments (within the country of dispatch):** 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.  
- **International shipments (outside the country of dispatch):** 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.  

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

## Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.  
In some cases, we may offer free shipping during special promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

## Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a **tracking number** to monitor the status of your shipment.

## Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.  
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

## Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to **import taxes, duties, or fees** imposed by the customs authorities of your country.  
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

## Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:  
- Customs procedures in the destination country.  
- Events outside our control (strikes, natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.).  
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
